Favorite Summer Lip Products

I was organizing my makeup bag and realized how many lip products I have been enjoying this summer and wanted to share my favorites with you!

Lip Oils

If you haven’t tried lip oil or looking for a perfect one, these two are it.  Milani has one called Fruit Fetish lip oil. It comes in 4 colors ,and I love the cherry lime one. This is moisturizing without being sticky.

The Ulta brand also has one called Juice Infused Lip Oil. I like the cranberry pomegranate one, and have actually used up most of it. Lip oils are great if you want shine but not a lot of color as the colors are usually pretty sheer.

Lip Balm with SPF

Another lip product that is so important to protect our lips from sun damage, is a lip balm with sun protection. My favorite is called Isle Lip Balm SPF 30 from Cay Skin. This one is clear, non-sticky and smells like vanilla. I have actually finished this entire one and need to repurchase.

Lip Stain

The next type of summer lip product I have been enjoying is a lip stain. I have been liking one by Fenty Beauty by Rihanna called Poutsicle Hydrating Lip Stain. These lip stains start out glossy then fade to a nice stain. There are 4 color choices, and I have been enjoying the pink one called Mai Type. Such a cute name!

Lip Gloss

There is something about summer that just screams glossy, juicy lips! Maybelline makes a great one called Lifter Gloss. This is a pretty popular one and comes in 20 colors. This gloss leaves your lips hydrated with hyaluronic acid and super glossy. My favorite colors are Moon and Topaz. I love keeping these in my purse because these colors are so universal and easy to put on on the go. These work well over a lip liner too!

Soft Matte Lipstick

Now if you hate shiny lips and prefer a more subtle or matte look. Then you need to try Milani’s Color Fetish Matte lipsticks in the Flora Collection. There are six colors to try in this collection. This lipstick is a soft, comfortable matte just like the name implies. My favorite is peony which is a nude pink and petal which is more of a rosy pink.

I hope you enjoyed this post and maybe found a lip product you want to try! Or maybe this reminded you of something you already have in your makeup collection that you want to try again.
